Sandrine specializes in corporate and bankruptcy law. She advises and litigates for corporations, directors, shareholders, creditors and other interested parties. Sandrine can assist you in all matters you may face as a business owner, such as shareholder agreements and disputes, contracts, garnishments, debt collection proceedings with debtors or creditors, directors’ liability claims and everything related.
